This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to your participation as an affiliate of our company, and the establishment of links from your website to our website. Please note that throughout this Agreement, "we," "us," and "our" refer to our company, and "you," "your," and "yours" refer to the affiliate.
As an affiliate website of ours, you may use any form of promotion you choose, consistent with the terms of this Agreement. You may use banner advertisements, button links, or text links to our website. Each link must be clearly identified by your unique affiliate username. You may not use our trademarked name or any variation of our domain name as a variable in any pay-per-click search engines.
We will pay you a commission based on the product price when a customer referred by your site makes a qualifying purchase on our site. The current commission rate is 10%.
We will pay your commission via PayPal on a monthly basis, provided that your commission balance is at least $50. If your commission balance is less than $50, the balance will be carried over to the following month.
We may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving you written notice of termination. Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, you will immediately cease use of, and remove from your site, all links to our site, and all of our trademarks, trade dress, and logos, and all other materials provided by or on behalf of us to you pursuant hereto or in connection with the Program.
